I ordered a cut flower arrangement of specific flowers for a birthday delivery. The arrangement that arrived was completely wrong and contained none of the flowers I requested and instead contained very tropical and exotic flowers which I had not requested. When I called the next day and spoke to the manager I was told that they did not have the flowers I had requested but would have them the next day and send out a new arrangement. The new arrangement arrived 2 days later after the recipient received a message saying they would pick up the old arrangement and deliver a new one. It's beyond me what they wanted to do with 3 day old flowers. Maybe they wanted their $5 container back. The new arrangement was delivered and was completely wrong again. If they had just picked up the phone and called (long distance) to let me know the flowers i requested, which were not unusual, were not available this entire situation could have been avoided. I left a message about how disgusted I was and waited for a return phone call. After several hours had passed the next day I called myself. I spoke to the owner SueHabib. I told her I had cancelled my AmEx payment after I did not receive a return phone call. She was very condescending and seemed more interested in letting me know about all of the awards and big accounts that they had. She had no interest in my $100 order. When she asked what they could do and I told her to send the correct flowers she said they could not do that since I had cancelled the payment. I own a small business also. If all it took to make a customer happy was to correct the problem at such a small cost to the company I would have done it in a minute. I'm very surprised at the reviews this company has received. My experience was quite the opposite.
