Ball return put a gash in ball.Then when we returned to pick up the ball it had a deep cut in it.We were told that fixing the cut would mess up the performance of the ball and they would not replace the ball(Storm Secret Agent).The manager rolled his eyes when talking with us so we are taking our businees elsewhere.
