I arrived to a wonderful environment this morning. I was greeted by an extremely kind staff that did everything in their power to make my stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. They did not rush me and allowed me to take as much time as I wished. They provided me with a robe that was simply amazing. I wanted to take it with me. I was then presented with an amazing pastry and absolutely the best type of tea one can find! I was then taken back into the facial room for an Oil Control Facial. The woman that performed the facial took her time and did not rush. She massaged my face, neck and shoulders, as well as placed hand and feet warmers on me. She was careful to always ask me how my skin felt during the entire process since I use Rentin-A micro and was very gentle with my skin. While extracting she was very apologetic even though she was doing exactly as I wished she would and at the end, my face looked amazing! I felt so much better! She used massage techniques wh
