A custody evaluation which should have only lasted 5 to 6 weeks, took over 11 months. Normal cost for an evaluation is about $5,000.00 to $7,000.00, her evaluation cost over $17,000.00. She delayed in writing a report due to a family emergency, her horses were sick. Her report had twisted words.
