Prior to using Tax John, I stopped into the Jackson Hewitt office by mistake. It seems that Tax Jon used to occupy the same space before they moved, so I was misdirected to the wrong office. I was very upset at the Jackson Hewitt people. They did not know how to answer my questions, they seemed only interested in how much I would pay them in fees, and I did not trust them at all! Also, just in basic conversation, I could tell that they really did not know how to complete my return properly. Do not go here!
