I inherited a Hancock desk from my mom that had some deep scratches. Bill looked it over, gave me an estimate, and did the repair. You can't tell it was ever damaged. It was a small desk, so we dropped it off, but he has pick up and delivery service if you need it. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
