I went to A Plus Auto Repair because I had a coupon for $19.95 for a lube, oil and filter.Because this is my only day off, and I live 5 minutes from there, I asked if I could be taken home and picked up later, but was told they were too busy to accommodate me, even though one of their service people was reading a newspaper. The woman behind the counter then proceeded to belittle and berate me because I had the nerve to ask to impose on their time. When it came time to pay, I was billed $34.51 for a $19.95 coupon, she wouldn't allow me to use my credit/debit card, and she sent me walking to the ATM, which cost me an additional $1.50 transaction fee. The whole experience left me shaking...I have never been treated so poorly. They could have cared less about me as a customer because I wasn't spending a lot of money this time.
