If I were you I would get my vehicle as far away from this place as possible. I had to take my vehicle there because they were the only place that could get my repairs done in time for me to drive back to OH. I asked for an oil change, alignment, and a brake inspection. The oil change went smoothly, however, while removing the rear passenger tire the technician ripped one of the studs off. This is the SECOND time a Firestone technician has done this to one of my family's vehicles. About a year ago they cross threaded the lug nut on one of my husband's truck studs and ripped it off as well. They replaced the stud for free but I had to wait over night; meaning I couldn't leave for OH as I had originally planned. When I did leave for OH my car drove worse than it ever has... and its not because the tires needed to wear into the new placement. I had to take my car back in (and definitively not FIRESTONE!!) to have the aliment redone because they screwed it up. \r
