When my son and I approached the checkout to pay, the lady that was second in line at the right hand register jumped to the left hand line before we could get in line there. We proceeded to the right hand lane where we were now second in line. When it was our turn to pay, our cashier invited the lady back from the other line and told her to go ahead of us. The lady gathered her items from the conveyor and moved ahead of us. In the time it took for the cashier to invite the lady back to our line, explain to us, and for the lady to move her stuff over, we would have been done and gone. She had at least 10 items; we had 2. We put our stuff down and walked out. What a waste of time, We went over to CVS and got our items for less and they opened a new line so there was no waiting. Service with a smile.
