I am part of a group that rescues Cairn Terriers. I took a young pup to Dr. Prueter as the family that turned him over to rescue said that he peed while he walked. By the time I took him in I told Dr. Prueter that his belly band had been dry for a week. Dr. Prueter said there was no need to do xrays and waste the money of the rescue. He told us that the person who turned the dog in was just telling a story and had no health problems. He was right!
