I ordered a pizza. After 90 minutes and no pizza I called the store. "He's just down the street", the guy tells me. 20 minutes later I call again. "He's stuck in traffic on Belmont", mind you it's a Tuesday night. 20 more minutes later and no pizza I call again. He says, "I'll send it right over". Order canceled. His response? "Call Grubhub".
If you want a pizza, call a pizzeria that will deliver it. Renaldi's is not the place if you would like to have pizza delivered. Simple enough.
