Unfortunately, we go to this store because they have certain items we need for our cake business. But don't ask for help! The woman that I have seen working in the "sugar room" is not friendly at all!Absolutely no customer service from her. I asked about something from the other side of the store and she shot me a look and said "I don't know". She didn't offer to find someone who could help me. She brushed me off and left me clueless. Now because of this witchy woman, I don't go there unless completely necessary. Miles offers better customer service and they will help out anyway they can.
