Jenny helped me on Sunday night, and she was very professional and helpful with everything. She took extra time to make sure my job was done perfectly and even helped me stuff envelopes which definitely wasn't her job. The kinko's itself was well-stocked and the services offered were comprehensive. So, even though kinko's prices are high, the things I was able to get done there in a short time made the extra money worth it. Also, the store is open 24 hours which is wonderful.
