I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Freeman and his staff. I suffer from a genetic condition that causes kidney stones, I have had many stones since my diagnosis and am frequently in the hospital due to them, one trip to my local ER had me on my way to Reno for surgery to remove a rather large stone and the Dr. that treated me was Dr. Freeman. At the time I had California State insurance and was unable to pay the bills that incurred while under treatment. I am young and was afraid of going back to be seen by him even after I had much better insurance. Due to another large stone I couldn't avoid seeing him any longer and was terrifyed of how the office staff and the DR. would treat me. They were so nice and understanding and at one time he put off an entire bill so that I could see him again. I don't expect that is a common happening otherwise the Dr. would not be making any money. Now that my situation has gotten better I have been able to pay them back and still recieve a curteous care and good attitude from him and his staff.
Pros: Nice staff, good attitude, friendly billing department, understanding.
Cons: only one I can come up with is the waiting room time, but it was aparent that it was a very busy office.
