I'm one of those men who naturally have crazy, bushy eyebrows - before I started seeing Ruby, it looked like an animal lived on my forehead or something. She does a great job of just cleaning up my eyebrows. She doesn't make my eyebrows look girly at all. She keeps my eyebrows looking natural and normal, while cleaning them up so that they look nice. Most people can't even tell I get my eyebrows waxed, unless they knew me before I started getting them waxed. I've always been afraid of seeming girly for getting an eyebrow wax, but Ruby makes me feel right at home. She does such a great job doing male eyebrow waxes that I've been going to her regularly for years, now. \r
She also convinced me to try one of her facials one time. I'd never had a facial before, but wow. It was an amazing experience. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. \r
Ruby is so friendly and comfortable to be around, that I don't feel awkward for being a man in a day spa. Ruby is also very easy to work with scheduling-wise. Sometimes I've ran late to appointments, and she was very nice about it.
Pros: Ruby is extremely friendly and comfortable to be around. She does world class men's eyebrow waxes, and apparently facials too.
Cons: Traffic noise of 635, bur Ruby drowns that out with relaxing music so it's not noticeable.
