We stayed at the Best Western in Hot Springs, South Dakota and were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived without reservations and the front desk was very accommodating. We got a king, non-smoking room on the first floor for a great rate. The pool area (with hot tub) is clean, there is a computer with internet access for guests, and the complimentary continental breakfast was adequate. They also had snacks at night for their guests.\r
The best feature, by far, is their outstanding staff. From check-in, to housekeeping, to check-out, they were fabulous.
