They replaced an inexpensive ignition pickup coil and charged me over dealer list price (>$400) for a used igniter unit ("black box") that was not defective. I know because I popped it off and had a dealer test it with their Digital Ignition Checker prior to taking my bike into their shop. They either damaged the igniter unit in the shop or never actually replaced it.\r

The work they did do was careless,: they failed to reinstall the breather tube on the air filter housing and lost one of the original bolts that secure the fuel tank. Worst of all, they fried my new battery, a high quality sealed unit from Yuasa, by cranking the starter incessantly, which, in turn, fried my voltage regulator, and left me stranded.\r
