We took our dog there for his yearly shots. The vet took him in the other room, which they did ask if they could do. 20 minutes later the vet came back and said our dog had infected ears. I was thinking we were going to discuss cleaning and possible meds. He continued to tell us that they had taken a lab of the infection in his ear and were awaiting the results! He was also trying to suggest that we purchase pet insurance in case this infection occurs again! $88 dollars later and the results were "negative". We only had to pay $15 for the actual ear medicine, which if given a choice, we would have administered to our dog w/out the labs. Needless to say, we are looking for a new vet. The vet techs there are wonderful and are very helpful as far as answering questions honestly, but 1 certain vet is causing us to switch. I feel that this is unfortunate because the previous vet there was very honest and trustworthy - did not make us feel that we had to do the "extras" to keep our pets
