Went in to have a tire patched. Not only did they patch, balance and put the tire on they didn't charge me a dime! A week later I had a small leak in another tire and went in to have that one fix. They found the tire was worn and you could see the metal in the tire so it was not fixable. I did not have the money at the time for a new tire so they were going to put my spare on for me till the following week. He came in the lounge area and took me to the garage and said that he did not feel safe putting on my spare as it was an old one. He told me what he was going to do was put a new tire on and I could pay it when I could. Awesome customer service. Very friendly staff. I live in Sacramento and work in Woodland. I will always go to American Tire in Woodland because of my great experience!
