Went to have a battery installed on a Toyota (I advised them when I arrived that this was the problem). Was told it would be ready in 1 hour. \r

Two hours later, they informed me they still were waiting on the battery, but only called to expedite delivery after three hours had passed. While I was waiting, I figured I would have the oil changed.\r

The fee for a 15 minute oil change was $80, and the total bill was $375.00 Unbelievably dishonest and incompetent
