Be prepared to just hand them your checkbook at the door. They charge a huge fee just to tell you what's wrong with your vehicle. I remember when that was what you went to a mechanic for - having them figure out the problem and fix your car. So if they spot the problem and you go somewhere else, you still get to pay for the diagnosis! We went here once and will never go back. They nickel and dime you to death. \r
