My favorite treat at Pappadeauxs is the lunch time buffet. I think it is only available M-F from about 1030 to2pm. For under $10 you are offered all you can eat of boiled shrimp, gumbo, greek or caesar salad, pasta salad, catfish both fried and blackened, chicken strips, crawfish etouffe and steamed veggies. It is the best kep secret at the airport.\r
Most days there are as many airport employees eating their as passengers!\r
The only weird thing is the plastic knives!
