The vets here are excellent, the kennel help is a little inexperienced though. I take my cairn terrier there, and have also boarded him there. The first time, they did not put in the eye drops every day that he needed. They called me to let me know his eyes were red, and as we went over the situation and they realized they had failed to put in the eyedrops, they were really good about the situation. The vet did not charge me for the entire week of boarding, nor for any services at all. They changed their procedures so that the missing medication issue would not happen again. I have used them several times since, with no problems. They are a little expensive, but very convenient to my job.
