I went to Campana music to buy a new viola bow and after about a week of waiting (they claimed there was shipping problems) the store owner tried to sell me a used bow for full price (~$89). The bow in question had thinning hairs, rosin still on the bow, a yellowish color not found in new bows, and was so taut which indicated to me that the previous owner never loosened the bow between practices. Poor salesmanship, unfriendly people, would never go there again. I prefer the local music store Countrywood music to this place.
