This company charged my credit card an extra $10 without ever asking my permission or telling me about it. This happened to a friend of mine a while back, too. It's like a common practice there! \r

When I got my credit card statement and saw the extra charge, I called them up and they gave me this song and dance about rush delivery, which I NEVER asked for in the first place. They ended up removing the charge, but would have never done so if I hadn't called, and if I hadn't demanded it be refunded. I should have never had to address this in the first place, and it shouldn't have been done to begin with. \r

This company makes a practice of randomly charging $10 to people's credit cards, so watch out! I can't imagine how much money they scam off of their customers by doing this, and God knows how many other charges they randomly apply to customers without telling them.
