First i have been going to this office for 5 years, it was owned by another dentist.I loved this dentist! but she sold the place to another dentist which is fine, but we should have been informed! AT first i was fine with the place because the new owner kept the old staff, so everything was good for a couple of years.Now everytime i go in, we have a new hygienist and thats every 6 months. And on top of that i think the dentist has hired a couple of her family members to work there and you know how well that usually turns out. My jobs insurance is one of the best you can have unless you go here, x rays and the cleaning and the office visit are supposed to be covered 100% but since they charge so much i always have a balance! also when they send you the reminder card in the mail it never matches the appointment time they gave you 6 months ago. but the final straw was when i had a appointment at 2:00 p.m. way after lunch, i was sitting in the waiting room till about 2:50 when one of the office people walked in (the dentist family member) with a dairy queen blizzard, there was no sorry for being late, all she said was i was craving this. so thats it, i will never go back! I will say this, i do like the dentist here but her staff is so bad, its not worth my time and i always leave really mad!!!!
