i used Coast pacific Service recently for a fridge repair (major ice build up on bottom of freezer). technician came, said it was a blocked drain, made the repair for $138 and left. A little over a month later i noticed the ice buid up was all back and called to have someone check it. The answer I got back was that since a month had passed my fridge was out of their ""labor warranty"". So even to send the same technician out to check his work was another charge? After he obviously got it wrong? It must be really easy to find and keep appliance service customers. I paid 138 and spent the time for a technician who didnt fix the problem.
