I am a property manager for another company. Homepointe called me for a reference on one of my old tenants. When I called them back I was immediately put on hold and waited almost 10 minutes before someone came back on the line a AGAIN said ""thank you for calling Homepointe, please hold."" This happened 5 times! I finally said ""WAIT""! ""This has happened 5 times and I am going around in circles here"". The receptionists snapped back ""well if they don't pick up in back then the call is re-routed back to me and I have no way to know it's still you."" Finally after about 15 minutes I got to the right person and she was extremely rude! I was DOING THEM A FAVOR! They needed me not the other way around. I was so disgusted that I googled them so see what others thought and lo and behold I found this site where the only ++ review is from their broker! I KNOW that poor customer service on the Prop Mgmt. industry in Sac is bad and these people are NO EXCEPTION!
