My experience with the sales people from Dixie Homecrafters in Nashville was incredibly painful. After an hour and fifteen minutes this kid was just getting to the history of the company. My wife to be wanted me to be there and I am glad I was. The sales person was asking very personal questions and spent the majority of time making small talk. When ask if we could get to the bottom line he became unhappy. My wife to be started feeling ill and left the room. The sales person informed me that he could not get paid unless he did his entire presentation, regardless if he made the sale or not. He also said that if we were not going to buy in the very near future we were wasting his time. After I asked for the bottom line he had to call his boss to tell him what was happening. He ended the call by standing at the door angry and quoting a price for my parents house which has much more gutter than the house we were trying to get a quote for. In the end he told us he did not feel welcome and, with a point of his finger, he said if we ever wanted his product in the future it would cost more. He made my wife to be cry and if Dixie Homecrafters offered their services for free I don't think I could bring myself to do it. Really poor sales and customer service, and just a little scary. This was the second time that we have dealt with Dixie Homecrafters and they were more rude the first time. Just because there are no known complaints does not mean that this is not happening to others.
Cons: No people skills.
