I walked in prepared to purchase food, leads, treat and grooming products for my new dog, however the staff was lazy and disinterested, unwilling to suggest options or upsell any of their products. I walked out empty handed. If you want to charge premium price for products then you should be prepared to offer premium customer service. I will NEVER go back.
