At first I was very impressed with this shop. The lady's there were very kind and even went out of thier way to make my visit a pleasant one. I found the perfect dress. I agreed to use the seamstress that worked out of their store upon Gina's recomendation. When I got my dress back I was horrified!!!!!!! To be perfectly honest I could have done a better job if I had taken it home and done it myself. She had taken all of the extra fabric and just folded it over and tacked it down. Also the seams on the outside of the dress no longer lined up and there were very notiable puckers along both sides of the dress.\r
When I tried to complain about the condition of my dress I was told that Gina's was not responsable. Gina's bridal also informed me that they had already let this woman go and were in the process of taking her to court. I was so upset! I had just one week untill the wedding and had no idea what to do. I begged Gina's Bridal to help me and was told I only had two options, I could take my dress back to the woman who had messed it up and make her fix it ( she has her own store in Waterford ) or I could just pay someone else to fix it. Even though I had written the check to Gina's Bridal for the alterations they refused to give me a refund. So buyer's beware of Gina's Bridal!\r
