Just what we needed......yet another big chain coffee house. What happened to supporting small business owners....the single moms trying to make ends meet??? Their coffee isn't even good. My daughter brought me a mocha, and I couldn't even finish it. It was sooooo bad. It was gritty, grainy and chalky. On top of that...the coffee tasted burnt. I asked what they put in the ""kahlua mochas""... I was told it was ""irish cream syrup"". Then it should be called an Irish cream mocha....right???....She didn't know that they made Kahlua syrup!! There is a small place near by that makes the best mochas....hands down. I'll never go back to the bean....

Cons: Big business stinks. The coffee stinks more.
