Sherry and the staff at Elite Physiques are by far the best trainers in Columbus. They are highly skilled, dedicated, and invested in their client?s success. My husband and I started working with Sherry a few months before our wedding and Sherry worked with us to help us look great for our wedding day. We have been working with Sherry and her staff ever since (for about 1.5 years now) and we make the drive from German Village twice a week because we want to maintain how fantastic we feel. We train in our own group of 2 but this facility offers groups training classes to make the cost affordable to everyone. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and you will see everything from body builders to people who want to lose a lot of weight (i.e. chubby loves :).
