The facts are as follows: One piece, the underside of a mattress, was damaged (torn). It wasn?t mishandled, but damage did occur. We tried numerous times and ways to resolve this directly with the client. However, at the insistence of ?Swim22"" Hernia Movers submitted a claim to Hernia Movers insurance carrier.\r
The damage does not effect the usability or stability of the piece. The client still has the item in use. The damage is not visible when in use. The damage is very fixable.\r
?Swim22"" or is it ?Driver 222"" or is it ?rsrch 08"" or is it ?Flwr316"" as posted on other sites on the same day 8/11/08 dissatisfaction should be (in a better world) directed at the insurance settlement not Hernia Movers, the service provender. Hernia Movers not only played by the rules but followed the expressed directive of this client.
