Took my boyfriend here for his borthday this past Saturday. Enjoyed every last minute of the delicious food (we had tzatki and eggplant spread), greek salad and then snapper, spicey greek meatballs. \r

HOWEVER, I asked for a bottle ofmerlot that was $30. The waitress said they didn't have it but she'd bring me another bottle. It was a $45 dollar bottle which is wuite a gap! I understand I should've mentioned to stay in the same price range, but she definitly took advantage of that situation! \r

Lesson learned....great food, but be upfront when asking about the prices!\r

Pros: Outside seating by park, authentic greek food, best i've had in astoria
Cons: expensive wines--upcharge you on the bottle service without asking you!
