I chose this company because they had a reputation for high quality service, although at a price. My experience with them has been that they were extremely courteous and responsive when I was about to spend several thousand dollars having my foundations repaired and my crawlspace treated for damp. But since then, their follow-up has not been good. A year later, my house still smells musty and damp, and it has taken constant emails and phone calls from me to get a response from their office. It took over 3 weeks just to get them to email me a contract to set up their advertised follow-up 'preventive maintenance' inspection to check the moisture content of the wood in the crawlspace, and over a month to get the inspection done. I had to initiate a discussion of the results and am still waiting for the proposal they said they?d email me to take action to resolve the crawlspace damp problems. To say the least, this has taken up a lot of my time and been disappointing.
