I actually have an acct with these people. They have threatened to take my car away either though I have followed their instructions to a ""T"". Blanca, she is a supervisor, and not a very good one at that, she told me she was going to send someone to my work to pick up my vehicle so they can embarrass me in front of all my co-workers. I am sorry but they are the rudest company I have ever dealt with. They told me to western union my payment, and thats what I did, then western union screwed it up, so then I get the blunt end of the deal b/c they don't care. Western Union held my funds and so I was unable to pay the car payment. Either though these were their instructions, I still get the raw end of the deal. Yeah, I understand that they help anyone, but just because we have bad credit does NOT give them the right to treat people anyway they want.
