Um, the only Henry's I've ever been to was in Lemon Grove and that one did NOT compare with Sprouts. I bought shallots from Henry's in Lemon Grove and cut them open and they were NASTY moldy. Come to think of it, a lot of their produce didn't look too pretty. Maybe it was just that store, but I like the El Cajon Sprouts WAY better.
Pros: wide variety, good bulk department, bulk spices (SO much cheaper than buying new jars) organic avilable
Cons: could use a better cheese department, expand with the spice section- not too much to say here
