Don't bother with this company. They don't provide their drivers with accurate information and when I attempted to track them down after they were 20min late, they hung up on me without providing details on when the driver would arrive!! I would have rated with no stars but had to rate with one. When my ride had not shown up 10min after the scheduled 5am pick up, I called and had to reassure the same driver who had taken my reservation the day before that I did indeed have a reservation. She called the other driver to confirm and called back saying he had called me multiple times and would be there in ""a few minutes"". I had not received any calls. Still no call, no driver after 5 more min. It's now 5:20. I call her back and get her voice mail. I hang up and call again, which this time she answers, obviously annoyed. I asked where the driver was and to see if she had given him my number accurately. She said, ""He'll be there in a few minutes"" and hung up!! I started to get my husband out of bed in preparation to wake our son when the driver finally showed up at 5:25am, 25min late. It turns out even though they take 2 phone numbers, they only gave him one of them and they messed up the number. I feel sorry for the poor person they did call!! He had done what he could, but I refused to feel sorry for him. I watched out the window and though he claims he was in front of my house for 30min, I never saw a car stop and only saw one go by. Poor execution all around and even worse customer service. I will NEVER use this company again. I laughed at the end because after explaining why I was so upset, he looked mad that I didn't tip. Really??
