Top of the Ridge catered many lunches to the previous office I was employed. On my last day, they asked where I wanted lunch catered from....immediately I said Top of the Ridge. The meatloaf is exactly like my grandma's. I never had squash casserole, and I am not a squash fan, but it was great. The desserts were the best. I especially liked the Holy Cow and the cheesecake. If you like down home, grandma couldn't have made it any better food....give them a try. Its sad but that is one of the things I miss most about my previous job!!
