For those of you that don't know, Jean Connection closed in July 2008. And if you have a gift card, like I did, then you're screwed. ""All sales are final"" at either store. This means that if you decide the next day that you don't want the $200 pair of jeans, your only option is to get a gift card. They tried to make this sound like a good thing by telling you that it will never expire. That's great, unless one of the stores goes bankrupt and the other one refuses to honor it. There's a Jean Connection in Southlake, too, although they claim they're not affiliated, (even though they have the same name, logo, Web site, business cards, and part-owner) and therefore do not have to honor the gift card. I don't know about you, but that sounds kind of fishy, and is horrible customer service. So before you buy anything at the Southlake location, keep in mind that this high priced boutique only cares about getting your money, not about making the customer happy. My guess is that is why the Dallas location closed, and why the Southlake one will probably be following in its footsteps very soon.
