Re/Max Active Realty manages a property in my neighborhood. The property looks bad and is not kept up very well. The renters stay up all night and have parties all the time. They are very loud and noisy. When we complain, we get very little response from the property management. It seems like they just want the money and none of the responsibility. I wouldn't want them managing any of my properties.
Cons: unresponsive to complaints, low end property
