There is a reason they can get you in quickly! I learned my lesson. Although the floors turned out okay, the service was unprofessional. Having used several hardwood floor companies over the years, this company did the worst job cleaning up, and didn't respond to complaints once the floors where done. Although they use a ""dustless system"", the dust from their job was actually worse than the other houses I did using companies with a regular dust containment system. This is probably due to House of Hardwood's lack of cleanup and that they don't seal off areas of the house that aren't being refinished. There are some other great hardwood floor refinishers in town, go with one of them.
Pros: scheduled quickly
Cons: poor customer service, they don't contact you if problems come up during the job, poor cleanup
