Of all the orthopedic surgeons to recommend here in the triangle area, by far, this group is the best. If you even look up the physicians credentials - they are outstanding. But, it's the bedside manner and the common sense approach that tops this office for our family. No one in that office seems to be quick to 'cut' unless it is a medical emergency. A quality hard to find in most surgeons. They are also responsive with questions even after the appointment has long passed. They have VERY convenient hours that are extended including Saturday hours! If this isn't the best convenience for our family with two working parents I don't know what is. Overall, I would highly recommend this orthopedic group to friends and family. \r
As far as the prior users experience, I would suggest trying the group again. I believe there has been some major changes to the group for the better. We have not waited more than 10 mins at most past our appointment time. And the front desk manager, Sheila, is great. She'll let you know exactly what is happening with the surgeon and options to deal with the situation should he be in the operating room.\r
Again, overall, highly recommended.
Pros: great extended hours and saturday appointments
Cons: it's a doctor office...sometimes the doc is in the operating room.
