I am so glad that we found this place. It is one of the few places in DFW where you can come in and the AGENT will greet you, not a secretary. I mean the owners (Arturo and Ruben) are there everyday making sure that all the clients are taken care of. I was one of their first customers, after I followed one of the owners (Arturo Cuellar) from Allstate to Affordable. Now my whole family has insurance here..even my aunts in Irving. Also, when they started it was just 4 people. so there used to ALWAYS be 10 people WAITING to get their insurance from them because they are so popular! But now I think there is 9 or 10 peple here so the wait is not long anymore. They can do everything over the phone or in person. \r
Don't even bother calling anyone else because they are the best professionals I have worked with in a long time. I highly recommend them...they are great, honest people and real friends.
