When I called back to get a refund, his employee didn't fall far from the tree and had a bad attitude even after witnessing how the boss treated me. She said that she ""didn't have time for this"" and hung up. It also turns out that they're using Cold War era technology (i.e. pen and carbon paper) to do all transactions. They couldn't even find my original payment information since one of the employees TOOK IT HOME WITH THEM!! Believe me, I watched my credit card statements with an eagle eye until the refund came through.\r

Do not trust this shady, corrupt, incompetent and even dangerous company. If they don't screw up your order or steal your money, they'll get violent and make you fear bodily injury.
