This is the first time in my life I've actually gone out of my way to write a review about any product or service. I was so moved by a recent experience with this dry cleaner, I felt compelled to warn others not to go there. Out of convinience, I had been a customer until last week when I brought my $60 cashmire sweater back to my house to find that it had about 20 very noticable bleach spots on it. I brought it back to discuss with the owner and rather than simply paying me for the damaged sweater in exchange for continued service over the next several years she began to yell at me saying that it was not her fault and instead it was actually mine. Despite my initial calm demeanor she went on an irate nonesensical rant yelling about how she refused to pay for it and it was somehow my fault. I am so unimpressed with this woman, the way she operates her business and the way she treats customers I had to write this to warn others not to go there. Don't get screwed and then publicly berated like I did.
