Took in my dvd player on Tuesday morning at 9am and was told that there was one ticket ahead of me and that they will likely get a diagnose of the problem shortly. By Thursday afternoon, they said that they still have no idea when they will know what is wrong with it. It's one thing to be thorough, but another to be unapologetic and apathetic about customer service.
Pros: parking was great
Cons: slow to respond; no communication initiated by them whatsoever
