Ripe is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood, and one of the best restaurants in the area, period. All the food is very healthy, but there is no compromise on taste. My wife and I have been going there 1-3x a week for over a month, and every time we love it more than the last time. My wife won't order the same dish twice because ""everything looks so good"" and she has not been disappointed yet. Smoothies are also excellent. I recommend the Austin Street. Great entree choices include the Torino and Venezia paninis, the got beef? and popeye wraps, and the incredibly good jumbo steak burger (which compares favorably to burgers twice the price at shake shack, burger joint, or even Rare). If you're looking for great food at a great price, then Ripe is your best bet in the area. If you're looking for great food that is healthy too, it may be your best bet in all five boroughs.
