I guess I was lucky. Alex was 40 minutes late for our appointment in which he was to come to my house for a TV repair estimate. When I called, his response was, ""Oh. I'm so sorry. I lost your number. I have too much business in the shop."" I stated that this was unacceptable business practice. He had no other reply. \r

It sounds like I was lucky as it appears that had he come, he may very well have absconded with my television never to be seen or hear from again.
Cons: Non-existent customer service.
